pre-honeymoon mini trip
My "wife" and I just returned from a weekend in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Our friends flew us there for a mini vacation before the Spain+France honeymoon the end of this month. We stayed at the Presidente InterContinental Puerto Vallarta. For the last 18 years I have known many people going to PV, Mexico, but never saw the appeal. I've been to Cancun, a place I refer to as comparison and thought that it was mediocre, so to our surprise we really liked Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were superb, the food was excellent and the time away was required. The coastal location is beautiful.
