Marriage Classes

Ruth and I completed the first of a 5 evening marriage certificate course and it was completely different from what we expected.  There was interaction within groups, lots of humor and presentations. There was little to no discussion of religion and interestingly, two and a half hours passed comfortably.

Ten soon-to-be married couples were supported by eight presently-married couples from many different backgrounds and circumstances.  Ruth and I sat with a couple and "John" introduced himself as a "wedding videographer".  When he found out I was a photographer he instantly said: "Wow, what a great place to pick up business"!  He was right, but I won't even try.
